My Lips...His Neck.... It was his first tattoo! The kid may have been, at the most, 22 years old. A visible neck tattoo as someone's very first tattoo is crazy! Especially this one! He came in with his girlfriend and left an hour later with my lips tattooed on his neck! Keepin' it classy!
